5 - A number that greets me regularly; it is a reflection of my traveling soul. A double-layer hand-beaded brass necklace. Hangs, elegantly, at 20" and is on a lobster-claw closure. The necklace is finished off with 6" of brass chain and allows for further adjustment in the length! The brass has African origins, the coins are from Afghanistan. The intricate brass charms, with inlaid turquoise, hail from Tibet- and when I created it, my heart was in Egypt. Truly a necklace of the world. I will ship it with a cleaning cloth since brass, like all things, must be maintained! one love!
Triangles are a very old symbol. Some believe rocking the shape point up is a way to harness your masculine energy, while down harnesses the feminine. Whatever you believe, the beauty of the shape cannot be denied! 1.75" lobster-claw closure gold-plated brass

Japanese brand Bunaco uses environmentally friendly techniques to produce finely designed home products from ribbons of beechwood. Founded in 1956 in the Aomori region of Japan, Bunaco uses an innovative artisanal process to create stunning shapes with wood that would otherwise be unusable. We caught up with Bunaco at the Tohoku to the Future exhibition during Tokyo Design Week.
