This balloontasic mobile art pavilion will make its debut next summer in Brazil where it will travel to ten different cities in honor of the 2014 World Cup and then the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. Designed by Grimshaw, Mobilizarte is a cultural pavilion that aims to make international exhibitions, film festivals and arts education accessible to all. The open air pavilion will be built from prefabricated parts and covered in floating foil and plastic balloons facilitating natural ventilation and unique lighting schemes.
