Kelly Rowland won’t be promoting her R&B hit ‘Motivation (Ft. Lil Wayne)’ any time soon. The singer attended the first auditions for the ‘X-Factor’ today in Birmingham, clearly happy with the fact that the song it #1 on Urband radio but not a major hit on other formats.
